• Project ORCA for Lonza AG • Supported technical proposals and project execution in GMP-regulated piping and plant construction • Managed assigned work packages across planning, work preparation, materials, scheduling, qualification (DQ/IQ/OQ) and installation coordination • Coordinated interfaces between Engineering, Construction, QA/QC and suppliers to keep delivery on track • Prepared and maintained project trackers, GMP documentation and qualification documents (incl. document control)

• Project for Eiffage SEH and Deutsche Bahn • Coordinated the steel-structure installation on the “Ostbahnhof Berlin” project based on technical drawings • Coordinated other trades and subcontractors • Managed technical clarifications and helped improve steelwork solutions on site to ensure smooth assembly and reduce assembly time and material use. • Coordinated day-to-day activities of the installation team in two shifts (33 fitters, 2 welders), including basic quality checks and HSE compliance
