Support to the definition of the cybersecurity strategy identifying needs and evaluating new products and technologies. Processes automation by the design and develop of scripts in Powershell, Python and PHP supporting security operations. Technical support to other areas of the organization reaching correct integrations among the systems they develop and the security standards required by the company.

I was responsible for the new installations around Latin America and Central America. Coordinated the maintenances over infrastructure and managed remote Hands and Eyes. Tickets tracking, report generation and group meetings. Planned and executed the upgrade and recycle of deprecated servers. Hired, managed and evaluated two local field technicians in Mexico and other two in Chile. Worked with strategy groups to develop the installation over the networks.

My tasks included the analysis over serves and other equipment and the built of reports regarding the vulnerabilities found on them. I was responsible for giving recommendations on how to solve these problems. Implemented Qualys Guard as official vulnerability assessment tool. Evaluated new tools to be implemented by the company for mobile security, creating POCs and installing evaluation environments. Reported the implementation of security patches in different areas of the company.
