I designed booklets, part of merchandise,name tags and UI and UX for mobile application. My designs attained to deliver all information to delegates. I was part of design team with 3 other members working directly under marketing. We were very diverse team, each of us being from a different country.

I tracked all applicants for the program, managed partnerships AIESEC in Norway has, coached Vice Presidents of Local Committees and provided attitudinal help to committees in matching their interns abroad.

I coached members of committee about Global Talent and provided support to Manager of Global Talent in team management and program itself. I helped with promotions on campus and organized and executed info session. Info session had 15 attendees.

I designed promotion materials and contacted AIESEC entities abroad to find suitable interns. I was in charge of whole recruitment process together with companies we had contract with. I prescreened applicants on AIESEC platform and email, contacted suitable candidates for short interview with me and forwarded good candidates to companies. I sent welcome packages to accepted interns and approved them on platform and did all official paperwork.

I designed booklets, brochures, posters and social media graphics for 4 marketing campaigns and side projects. I coached members of 4 committees about design and AIESEC brand. I achieved brand unity among 4 committees which contributed to better awareness of AIESEC as organization among students in Norway.

I designed catalogs, product packages and business cards. New product designs achieved to represented company better. Photo-shootings I coordinated complemented product’s database. I prepared product images for online shop.

I designed posters, billboards, flayers, ads and social media posts.

- I designed posters, flayers and classes’ schedule. I posted daily on student web site for Faculty of Digital Arts and weekly on blog and facebook page of Faculty of Digital Arts. I boosted traffic of blog and student web site by 10% with my engaging posting. Together with 2 designers of the team, I designed new web site for the university.

I studied graphic design, web design, mobile design, 3D and 2D animation, photography and interaction design.
