- resolving operational issues that may arise from the end-to-end sales process (e.g. order status, deliveries, invoicing, returns, financial post-sales programs) - first point of contact for "top-tier" customers on daily operational matters - engaging with other teams and organizations to resolve issues (e.g. sales teams, supply chain, logistics) - representing the team as a subject matter expert on internal processes to other functions and organizations

• Monitor team performance, completion of tasks and redistribution to achieve deadlines • Responsible for team motivation, and adherence to company policies, and procedures • Perform internal quality checks • Assist with preparation of audit sampling package for external & internal audits • Assist with documentation and testing of internal enterprise reporting system upgrades and modifications • Other projects as assigned

- Balance sheet reconciliations - To ensure all reconciling items are cleared in a timely manner - Ensure compliance with internal controls - Accruals - Review all balance sheet reconciliations for accuracy and completeness (including follow-up of open items for resolution in the following month for all accounts) - Month-end processes

- Registering and monitoring the service requests - Quality control of the SRM (service request management) process - Managing the fulfillment of the requests
