Follow the global supply chain requirements for order planning, movement and compliance to plant capacities to achieve a safe and timely vessel load. Review monthly submitted orders and allocate volumes to plants based on SKU production to meet customer requested sail dates. Supply of International, Global Marine and Energy products for US & LATAM customers. Manage the complex relationship between plants, demand team, technical team, customer and sales manager. Work with the entire O2C process.

Validate and analyse data on Partner sales and business. Calculation and payment (SAP) of incentives to clients. Creation of daily and weekly reports. Respond to queries and questions from Internal and external stakeholders. Support documentation updates. Performing the audit of internal payments with peers. Perform process training to peers and enable successful knowledge. transfer to support go-live of services.

Conduct the operational and financial audit of the local offices at the national level. Visit and develop a process improvement plan based on internal analysis for 4 local offices. Assist and manage 18 local entities, tracking their deliveries and aligning their strategies. Manage the financial audit team with 5 members.
