-Supervision and control of the performance of the Service -Undertaking staff performance review in accordance with applicable procedures -Develops a smooth and open relationship with other Services of the ARD -Identifies, evaluates and manages operational risks and brings to the Director of the ARD’s attention any emerging risks -Prepare Strategic and Annual Internal Audit Plans of the ARD

- Attending on internal meetings and contributes to formalization of the related meeting’s agenda / minutes, and inter alia the implementation and follow-up of actions; - Carrying out internal audits of ARD; - Ensuring the follow up of internal and external auditors recommendations; - Cooperation with Central Harmonization Unit and external auditors; - Making draft internal audit reports; - Delivering draft audit report to the Head of Department for review and control

- Programming the EU financed assistance projects; - Monitoring the implementation of EU financed programmes and projects; - Participatin on the Joint monitring committes meeting asa voting memeber for IPA Component II B; - Coordinating the organisation of round tables/conferences - Administrating Government Office website; - Communication with other public administration bodies; - Participation in Working Groups for new legal acts preparation; - Reporting on Irregularities

- Assisting to the RTA with project co-ordination and management - Acting as interpreter and translator (Croatian to English and English to Croatian; Croatian to German and German to Croatian) on any issues relevant to the project - Arrangement of travel, booking accommodation and study visit - Office management, monitoring telephone and general correspondence
