Group Leader - Controlling for the German entity (Group Headquarter)

- Entity Controller for the German entity (Group HQ); - P&L, Balance Sheet, Liquidity planning and analysis; - Cash analysis and planning on daily and monthly basis; - Coordination of impacts within EU plants, HQ departments and effects from sales entities; - Preparation and participation in board meetings; - Coordination of Controlling steps for year end closing balances; - Proxy and counterpart for SG Controller ww; - Special tasks related to the division Carve-out and Merge & Aquisition process.

- Entity Controlling for the German entity (Group HQ); - Preparation and participation in board meetings; - Result and cash analysis and planning; - Coordination of impacts within EU plants, HQ departments and effects from sales entities; - Coordination of Controlling steps for year end closing balances; - Controlling counterpart for HQ functions such as IT and Purchasing; - Proxy and counterpart for SG Controller ww; - Special tasks related to the division Carve-out and Merge & Aquisition process.

- Administration costs controlling; - Provisions calculation and monitorization (losses on sales agreements; warranties; personnel related liabilities); - Divisional Transfer Price Officer; - Divisional Licensing Officer; - Quality and defect costs report; - Monitorization of carve-out budget and costs; - Definition of new internal structures in consequence of SG division carve-out from Bosch group; - Due diligence related tasks.

- Bank conciliation; - Reconciliation of vendor accounts; - Release invoices for payment and ensure that aged invoices are followed up; - Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns; - Accruals control; - Travel and subsistence expenses supervision; - Monitoring payments; - Accounting processes; - Dealing with supplier queries; - Process of Intercompany invoices; - Preparation of periodic reports for supervision; - Monitoring and continuous improvement of process flows of the organization.

- Treatment of accounting information; - Control of vendor’s current account; - Release invoices for payment and ensure that aged invoices are followed up; - Monitoring payments; - Follow-up of business area KPI’s; - Preparation of periodic reports for supervision; - Continuous improvement of process flows of the organization.
