• Costs Management (Forecast, control and transfers) for Industry 4.0 Project involving about 440 industrial plants distributed Worldwide and 16MM euro Budget. • Responsible to consolidate Worldwide progress and status for all plants in the project. • Directly responsible for Industrial WiFi Coverage Projects in about 130 plants worldwide. For these plants, directly involved in all project phases and areas managing specially scope, changes, costs, risks, time, quality and communication.

- Team responsible of improving the quality of IT Database/Inventory globally, checking thousands of equipment and updating the database with the current function for the equipment and the proper contacts. - Support for a Global IT Services migration identifying the proper server/service owners in case if migration team was not able to find them. - Mainly responsible for the contacts in North America and South America.

File Services migration project affecting 100 sites in North America updated to Windows 2012 Servers with DFS technology; Directly responsible for sites that speaks Spanish language (Mexico, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Dominican Republic and Panama) and more than 20 sites inside US; Acting on project planning, process definition and equipment acquirement as well stakeholder communication.

File Services migration project affecting 27 sites in South America updated to Windows 2008 Servers with DFS Technology being the one responsible for all migrations in this region; Project planning and definition of the processes and technologies used to upgrade the hardware and software; Equipment acquirement for the whole region; Management of the project team; All Home Drives and Group Folders migration affecting around 30000 users.

Project Manager allocated to clients as Petrobras (the Brazilian petrol company) and Light (electrical company that provides energy to Rio de Janeiro) Planning and management of deployment project of SAP UEM by Knoa; Integrator of all stakeholders and support team; Responsible for the software implementation, client training, support and analysis involving the areas which the tool be valuable to the companies.

Experience coordinating an infrastructure support team which maintained an web application answering more than 1 million daily queries; Administration and creation of IT infrastructure, LAN, WAN and most common IT Security devices; Planning and managing projects of great impact to internal and external customer, succeeding reducing the involved risks, allowing a better TCO, following deadlines and requirements for change management and corporate governance; Experience in Data Center Migration.
