- Liaison between the Authority and outside contractors on construction and improvement project. - Maintain project documentation through scheduled status reports, charts and progress of contract schedules; records and maintains record information on project drawings; incorporates change-orders. - Perform preliminary review of assigned projects to identify potential problems and recommend alternative solutions; records existing site conditions; attends pre-construction and in-house design review meetings.

- Installation, reparation, calibration, assembly and disassembly medical equipment. - Adequation of electrical requirements for operating rooms and X-Ray emergency rooms. - Calculation and design of shielding to limit radiation exposure in X-Ray rooms. - Responsible for electrical, radiological safety and performance verification. - Bench and field service on most medical equipment. - Inspection of equipment for compliance with standards and manufacturer’s recommendations.

- Performing tasks related to fault isolation and emergency repairs of D/A TV equipment. - Responsible for ensuring the performance and functional specifications of the equipment. - Preventive and corrective maintenance of television broadcast systems and A/V equipment. - Electronic equipment troubleshooting, analysis of malfunction and completion of reparations.
