1.Assist and prepare the Congressional Delegation of the Government of the United States which will participate in the Summit of the Americas that was performed in Trinity and Tobago. 2. Identify, develop and maintain key contacts with U.S. Congressional and Committee leaders and their staff to include identifying potential Congressional advocates for OAS programs and activities 3. Identify and analyze pertinent and relevant information on the policies and activities of the U.S. Congress and White House.

Prepare the Congressional Delegation of the Government of the United States which will participate in the Summit of the Americas 2009. Identify, develop and maintain key contacts with U.S. Congressional and Committee leaders and their staff to secure potential Congressional advocates for OAS programs and activities. Identify and analyze pertinent information on the policies and activities of the U.S. Congress, the Executive Branch (White House), and other key policy and decision-makers.

•Assist in the planning, development, coordination, execution and evaluation of activities under the specialized area, entitled Special Programs, as well as those pertaining to the High Level Missions, Electoral Observation Missions and execution of five Projects of the Dpto for State Modernization and Good Governance. Supervision and development of the administrative and budgetary management of the Electoral Observation Missions (EOMs) in Ecuador, Paraguay ,Costa Rica.07 and Bolivia, Colombia.08

•Ensured all financial reports provided to the Permanent Council on the Audit of Accounts and Financial Statements for 2004-2007. Assisted the Chair of the Board (Inspector General of the U.S. Department of State) in the preparation of comments and recommendations of the Board of External Auditors to improve operating procedures.•Prepared and reviewed archives for the formulation of the Proposed Regular Fund Budget.•Reviewed and analyzed external donor agreements prior to signing.

• Summarized citizen proposals presented within the framework of the Government – Revolutionary Armed Forces (FARC) peace process. • Researched the social and economic conditions of people living in the demilitarized zone. • Helped map the zone that would be demilitarized in order to begin the peace process with the National Liberation Army (ELN).

•To conduct a study about the possible merger of the parent company with Lloyds, English business. • To Control and caution of all the necessary requests for a good application at the moment of revising the products in the unloading zones.
