• Observing Direct Banking (mostly mobile and online banking) and CRM processes • Managing data to improve customer satisfaction • Collecting data of small and medium sized enterprises in order to assist in an ongoing project

• Analysis of annual report and interpretation of financial statements • Assisting in daily cash flow management (filling the cash flow table, using SAP, making contact with banks, checking transactions) • Observing treasury operations (such as FX management) • Assisting in cash management in foreign countries • Gaining insight about cash flow forecast

• Observing production flows and production planning process • Assisting in quality control and quality management procedures & techniques • Analysing lean manufacturing tools (such as Kanban, 5S, VSM) • Conducting work and time studies in assembly lines
