Leading the AI projects across the company. I'm in charge of all ML-related projects, from R&D to pushing models to production. I worked on: - Content Categorization: ML classifier leveraged by API endpoints. - Internal analytics tools - Content Quality: ML classifier to evaluate content - Data Science analysis: Analysis and extraction of insights from content data. - Content Similarity: service to improve search and recommendation functionalities. - Live chat transcript automatization.

Focusing on kickstarting the data science team, individuating new business opportunities, and managing other Data scientists. I focused on two main projects: building a new chatbot product with the goal of automating candidate engagement and refreshing candidate information in the recruiters' database, and overseeing the creation of an API service to automatically extract information from job specs and CVs.

Senior data scientist focused on helping project managers make strategic decisions around content products. Also helping the Head of Data science mentoring younger members and managing the team. Example Projects: - Duplicate content: algorithm able to find duplicate content in the database and help with maintenance. - Article Scoring: create a prototype model able to predict if an article will have a high or low bounce rate, and identified the elements of an article that impact the most on its performance.
