Coordinated the introduction of a production-optimization program (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) at four pharma manufacturing sites (Goa, Jakarta, Bogota, Wadeville). Analysed resulting data, supported derivation of improvements, trained operative management staff and monitored progress.

Supported conception of a growth strategy for the Pharmaceutical and Chemical divisions of Merck India. Derived implementation initiatives with the Indian management team. Organized and moderated results & implementation workshops with Global management.
