- Creation, development and management of the new Managed Services Operations Center consisting of three teams spread across Poland and Germany (20+ FTE), Strategy Development - Member of OC Polska Management Team – Bussines Development, creation of Company Strategy - Line Manager for a distributed Oracle DBA/MW Team (15+ FTE)

Take an active part in system design and architecture of current and future high-availability (HA) solutions using Oracle 9i , RAC, CRS. Data Guard, ASM, VCS and other technologies. Ensure that production Oracle databases deliver highly available services according to Amadeus SLA's, including on-call support.
