- Leading of IT Network & System Administration department of 4 People; - Further distribution as well as coordination of special tasks ordered by the supervisor; - Development of the organisation`s IT infrastructure (Project plan, management, budget Management); - IT RFQ & Public Tender ( market research, budget plan, documentation, participation in Board Meetings); - Coordination of tasks between different IT departments; - Proactive supervision of a daily work of external service providers

Responsibilities: - Maintenance of global backup systems ( supervision, preparation of analysis and new policies of backup solutions for all critical systems in the company, updates of a hardware and software as a part of global backup system – Symantec NetBackup); - Active and constant review of a work of all virtual environments in the organisation (Hyper-V 2008 R2 / 2012 R2 cluster, servers, storage arrays, LAN/SAN)

- Maintenance of printer machines; - Cooperation with external subcontractors responsible for the hardware Support Service; - Remote help in handling of operational systems and applications; - On-the-job training of employees over use & control of office and operation systems;
