Tasks: + Developing the main features of the Dynamic Alternative Routes Planning System using Java Maven and GraphDatabase. + Designing and implementing the proper data structures used in building an efficient dynamic index for the Alternative Routes problem. + Designing and implementing the database model, and managing data using NEO4J database. + Writing Java/Python scripts to convert layers on Helcom MapServers (JSON files) into Java/Python objects and query them over REST using GraphQL.
