Leading a small team of 4 involving development of key applications for Credit Risk domain. Working on environment involving Java, J2EE, Struts 1.x, Spring, Oracle 11g and iReports for JasperReports. Started working on Agile based delivery models using Confluence and JIRA along with the implementation of DevOps enabled platform for three of our applications using GIT, ANT, Jenkins, JUnit, JaCoCo, Cobertura, SonarQube, JFrog Artifactory, IBM AppScan and RunDeck.

As a Sr.Consultant, engaged more on to managing the application architecture involving Java, J2EE, Struts 1.3, Spring 2.5, Oracle 11g and JasperReports. Roles involved: * Guiding and mentoring young team members * Helping in project design & planning phase * Laying the skeleton framework for developers * Assisting in development and delivery of modules

Promoted as Consultant. Engaged in developing J2EE based applications using Struts 1.x and Spring for a leading, international banking client. Working in client location and handles technical sessions and discussions for process improvement and productive development. Practicing Apache wicket 1.4 and started leaning towards Wicket 1.5. Also practicing Spring IOC [and few other Spring components] and JUnit.

Joined as an associate consultant. Engaged in developing web based application using Java [Struts 1.x] for a leading banking client and mentoring junior resources. Working in client location and co-ordinating the activities between the client's business and the off-shore development team. Continues practicing Apache wicket 1.4

Engaged in developing, unit-testing and deploying web applications employing JAVA J2EE, Apache Wicket 1.4, for a retail based client
