Sole designer owning the full UX surface of a white-label payment platform. Delivered Click to Pay — first PSP launch in Germany. Proposed a shared design architecture that prevented fragmentation across two parallel workstreams. Secured CEO approval to align payment templates to parent company design system post-acquisition. Built an AI-assisted workflow connecting a design token repository to Claude Design, enabling PMs to generate on-brand UI independently.
