Reporting Line : Managing Director Duties & Responsibility : 1 Managing & control all Seafreight Export & Import activities 2 Setting KPI & Seafreight structure 3 Analyze Profit Loss figure and Export Import trend 4 Develop new operations procedures and concept as required by client/customer. 5 Maintain, develop and promote business activities to regular/nominated/potential customer 6 Perform regular investigation/surveys in terms of market penetration to other competitor activities & pricing level

Setting KPI (Key Performance Indicator), targets and business plan to increase service level, volume and to ensure that company will be supported to achieve its goals and objectives 3. Creating Sea Freight Structure 4. Handle general or specific enquiries and suits to company procedures 5. Initiating necessary actions/changes
