Creating connections like CNRBs, Clips, Spot-weld, Adhesives, Extra Nodes, Constrained Rigid Bodies, and joints and defining various contacts in Ls-Dyna as per client guidelines.

Finite Element Modeling of the Automotive assemblies using ANSA for NVH and Durability. Clearing Intersection and Penetration in the Automotive sub assemblies. Creating BIP connections & closure connections that include spot welds, structural adhesives, Hinge connections, Bolt connections, Door weather strip connections, glass weather strip connections, and seam welds.
