Built and lead a team of Natural Language Processing and Text Mining R&D Professionals. Functional responsibility included developing Natural Language Processing and Text Mining based products and services, mentoring the team and interacting with clients for product enhancements. Responsible for the design and development of two key platforms EMAC (Uptime) and Scoople (Sentiment Analysis Platform).

Working as Project Engineer -I at AU-KBC Research Centre. Involved in NLP and Open Source related research and Development

Worked as Linguist in Language Technology Section C-DAC Thiruvananthapuram. Engaged in R&D in Machine Aided Translation, Text to Speech, Spell checker development, Localisation, Internationalisation of Domain names and Teaching NLP, Perl and Python in PG Diploma level.

Worked as Consultant in Computational Linguistics. Developed Malayalam spell checker for OpenOffice.org. Done system study for Malayalam TTS system and grammar checker. Acted as consultant to Kerala Stste IT Mission for Language Computing.

Was a researcher in Sabdabodha and NLP department RSVP Thirupathi, Developed a Malayalam noun morphological analyser.

Involved in research in Sanskrit Nyaya(Indian Logic), and related areas.
