> Have been effectively dealing & developing strong relations with major Indian OEM like; Maruti Suzuki, HERO ,HMSI. Progressively carrying out experiments on existing designs and evaluating data to formulate fresh designs; resolve automotive technical problems. > Heading the preparation of APQP, DFMEA & IATF documents; reviewing SPM design for washer hoses & clamp fixation to ensure the process must be done within TAT. > Developed the ADAS component as per regulatory compliance on MSIL Projects

> Involved from concept to validation of product design and development of automotive products (exteriors & interiors) plastic manufacturing. > 2 months on site visit to Germany Dresden for Audi Louver design. Responsible to deal with > Customer for design requirement; CFD analysis, load criteria & head impact criteria. > Designing the component as per DVP & DCS provided by Customer and the product as per ECE requirement of W601 for M&M followed by tech reviews with customer.

> Headed a team of 5 members wherein responsible for providing on-the-job training. Resolved the Plastic part tooling issue for validate the DFM. > Designed the plastics components for "Zoox autonomous" specifically Seat Base, Arm rest Headrest ,side trims, vehicle wherein developed for proto. >Reviewed the CAE result & modified the design accordingly in Catia V5. Managed the data in "Team center 11 "& released the data in Team center 11
