As a backend developer, my tasks involve enhancing application performance and speed, ensuring the security of the entire environment, resolving detected errors, integrating and managing databases as required, collaborating closely with all the great project team, conducting quality assurance tests, and developing improvements for updates while writing algorithms in different programming languages.

As the Head of R&D, my responsibilities encompass the comprehensive management of AI (Machine Learning), big data platform, BI technologies, and data products. I oversee the verification of data quality, as well as the transformation and conversion of data science prototypes. Evaluating the utilization of technology within the company, I establish the technical strategy for its implementation and improvement of services.

As the team leader, I take charge of leading the development of the backend, frontend, and mobile apps. Additionally, I am responsible for conducting research and implementing ML algorithms and tools. In my role, I ensure the verification of data quality and oversee the transformation and conversion of data science prototypes.

I created mockups to guide the design process, supervised junior web developers, and evaluated their performance. I also collaborated with designers to define UI/UX elements, including graphics and navigation components.
