The changed geopolitical situation and the foreseeable corrections in the globalization strategy make new forms of cooperation with individual countries absolutely necessary. I see my task and my contribution, as an external or internal employee, to support companies in these new challenges. I grew up as Chinese in multicultural Malaysia and went to school in Singapore. After the training I returned to Kuala Lumpur and worked for a few years as a sales consultant. Due to my professional experience with different cultures and mentalities, the cooperation with the Chinese, Indian and Malay community and my international activities, I am predestined to support companies, especially for the Chinese-speaking area with 1.3 billion people. It can be of great advantage for a company to hire external freelancers for restrictive business processes. This includes knowing and analyzing the cultural and mental characteristics of a business partner, especially in the Chinese-speaking world.

Within a short period of time IDC Concepts have been the hub for Sales and Distribution of the Brands DREIPUNKT und ERPO. From 2006 onwards other European Furniture Manufactures teamed up with IDC to follow the Distribution and Marketing Policy of IDC in South-East Asia. From the early beginning Jaime Fang was General Manager and CEO of the Company.

She was responsible for planning and execution of all Sales and Marketing activities, including trade fairs, with the Partners and the opening of new showrooms.
