Working as part of the maintenance department at Anochrome Tec Ltd, I was responsible for doing daily PPM on any of the sixteen production lines. Reactive maintenance, responding to breakdowns in a timely and efficient manner. Project work during shutdowns, from plant modifications to complete plant removals and installations.

Aspect Powder Coatings run two plants, one 24/5 and the other 12/5. I was responsible for making sure the lines were always running, development of the production cycle and general maintenance of the factory. Jobs included the running of the effluent plant and maintaining the chemicals. Stripping and renovations of electric pumps, gas burners and air seal motors. Fabrication and design of Jigs. Tool repair. powder centre diagnostics and repair, and a vast array of other tasks.
