Develop and manage partnerships between clients and contracting organizations and manage the implementation of these partnerships to address customer challenges. Responsible for over $15M in international multi-year Strategic Outsourcing contracts. Managed service relationship, customer experience, service quality, and P&L. Partnered with the CEOs, CIOs, and IT Executives to select, implement and manage IT services.

Managed the planning, start up, control, execution, and close of multiple IT projects.

Lead technical position responsible for the support, implementation, and design of IT solutions. Provided costing and sizing estimates for new business opportunities.

Supported mainframe environment running the payroll, accounting, student attendance, report cards, transportation, and Special Education systems. Responsible for a network connecting sixty locations in the city of Rochester, NY. Implemented the organizations first connection to the Internet in 1996.

Installed and supported computer hardware and software for administrative users. Designed and implemented the first Local Area Network in the central administrative building.

Provided installation and technical support as the sole technician for a small computer retailer.
