As a Product Owner I developed and maintained the Product Backlog and Roadmap for the creation of a new RGS (Remote Gaming Server) for a US based ADW (Advanced Deposit Wagering) Casino site.

Performed capability modelling on legacy Casino and Poker systems involving a comprehensive assessment of the existing systems, processes, and technologies to identify their strengths, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities. The goal was to understand the current state of the systems and feed into a roadmap for enhancing their capabilities in line with business objectives.

Lightyear Programme • Contract BA responsible for leading the analysis team for the Lightyear programme covering the migration of the Bella Casino and Mecca Bingo brands from the Bede gaming platform to the proprietary Stride platform. • Analysis for the creation of the Synapse API used by EPI front end sites as well as multiple 3rd parties for interaction with the Stride platform. • Responsible for Gap analysis between existing proprietary Stride Bonus system and existing Bede system

Responsible for User Stories for developing the Bonus Engine and Bonus Wallet. • Creating and managing the Bonus Engine roadmap to provide visibility of upcoming features and assist the business in assigning priorities to future development. • Working with the Bonus Engine development team to catalogue and schedule necessary technical debt, in order to improve performance and future proof development of Bonus features. • Dealing with Third Parties to integrate functionality and develop bonus offerings.

Darwin Project • Contract BA responsible for gathering requirements for 3rd party integrations into the Bede Gaming platform as part of the move from the OpenBet platform for both Grosvenor Casino and Mecca Bingo. • SafeCharge iFrame integration across both brands. • NetRefer Affiliate system integration for tracking and rewarding acquisition of players across all platforms and brands. • Analysis of legacy Rank Group business processes and highlighting change.

Priority Access Card • Scrum Master/BA responsible Epic, User Story and Acceptance criteria to integrate MasterCard prepaid card into the OpenBet platform for e-commerce customers. Won “Innovation of the Year” and “Innovation in Sports Betting” prizes at 2015 EGR Awards and 2015 FStech “Best PrePaid Card Solution”.
