As the sole Legal Counsel in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region reporting to the US, supported business in the region which reached €125 million in annual turnover at the time of takeover by IBM. This included refining the ISS distribution model, including redrafting all Distributor and Reseller template contracts for use across the region refined the direct sales contract template for EMEA supporting negotiations of the above often in face to face meetings with the customer or business partner.
