As a Digital Consultant I'm responsible for acquiring, maintaining and developing my own client portfolio. Just getting into the flow, more to follow ;)

Co-led a team of 40 staff, ultimately assisting the store manager with the day to day running of a store taking £170,000/week. Accountable to the Assistant Store Management Team my responsibilities included rota creation, daily task assignment to staff and relating any staff issues back to my management team. I was the In store Trainer for all new starters and it was my duty to ensure all procedures and rules were understood and followed.

During my time with Technical Support as Lead I was responsible for coaching and developing a team from scratch. As well as selling B2C tech, I was also responsible for Rota creation, task assignment and training. Accountable to the Area Manager, KPI management and training records. During this time I raised the Store's ranking position from below 80/102 to above 20/102

Began my career out of college in Retail, started as Assistant Leader for the in-store Security team. Responsible for Rota's, task assignment and loss prevention.
