Bikerepair.com aims to connect cyclists with their best local shop. I am responsible for establishing a network of affiliated shops across the US and UK totalling ≈350 locations. I manage the entire onboarding process, from researching target stores in key markets, pitching to business owners and building profiles in our CMS. I speak with empathy and understanding about the bike industry, and offer a simple, effective pitch on how our website enables traditional bike shops to adapt to change.
