As a Resourcing Partner I was contracted to Thames Water through Pertemps Recruitment Partnership for their outsourced RPO recruitment. In this role I specialised in managing and hiring for our Finance, Commercial and Transformation sectors but also play a large part in permanent and interim recruitment strategies for other areas such as Customer Service, Operations and IT Teams across all levels of the business.

Working for Roc Search, I recruited permanent vacancies for existing and new business clients across the South West of England. I was a specialist consultant within the Cisco Networking arena.
