Lead HR Team, responsible for human capital management, the culture and M and A for HR.

Teach in the Leadership and Human Capital Programs. Facilitate Managing in a Global Economy and Business Strategy and Ethics.

Teach in the MBA program. Facilitate Leadership Capstone, Organizational Development and Human Resources.

Administer the MSHR program and HR Certificate programs. Responsible for conducting periodic program assessments and work with Accreditation task force to review assessment data to influence management decisions. Successfully lead and implemented changes in both MSHR and HR Certificate programs. Currently lead 60 Adjunct faculty members on 14 campuses and provide counsel to HR Course Custodians and students.
