* Documentation and valuation of assets, contracts and system interfaces in preparation for transfer to Siemens Business Services * Verification of costs and pricing after transfer * Central support and steering of local teams regarding contract specifics * Documentation of methods used and lessons learned for future use

* Operational cost centre and productivity controlling * Determination of royalty fees due to 3rd parties for 1st level support * Creating transparency within maintenance contracts and analysing profitability * Creation of a standard reporting system

* Financial controlling for the Region Great Britain and for the central HQ units * In depth analysis of monthly figures and consolidation to a management summary * Assessing and hedging of currency risks * Cost centre controlling for the HQ (including forecasting and reporting) * Administration of HQ Financing model
