I am the head of management accounting department. My department is responsible to organize the controlling of about 10 million Dollars of annual sale. I am personally responsible to supervise a group of 6 professional accountants. My team transferred the accounting procedures and standards from a conventional accounting system to SAP ERP for the fist time. I was the head of cost accounting department. My department was responsible to organize the costing of over 30 different food products. I supervised a group of 5 professional accountants. My department under my supervision initiated the modern accounting practices and routines. Implementing the cost accounting procedures for the first time in the company and establishing the tools to guarantee the accuracy of the accounting procedures and calculations

I was the chief accountant. The company had over 50 employees and served international freights and shipments between Iran and many European countries. The accounting department had 5 employees organized by me. I reestablished the accounting system from the conventional methods to a detailed costing system.

I was a member of the team that transfer the traditional paper-based double bookkeeping system to a modern general software-based system.
