I'm responsible for new customer acquisition as well as few of our existing customers. Our mission is to make your business smarter and easier. In the digitalized world fast and reliable network connections and solutions are holding key player status for the companies to be successful in global markets. We want you to succeed. Part of my job is also to draft our international marketing material, ensure timely delivery of services and attend to different international events.

My job was to ensure that Elisa's SME clients had updated information from all services that Elisa can offer. I had my own customer portfolio which included +500 clients. I was responsible for the long-term development of the customer portfolio as well as customer satisfaction. Seeking out ways to build new businesses was also big part of my daily job. In my daily basis I connected with my clients via email, phone and visits.
