Focusing on customer success through improvement of existing and development of new products & services, in close cooperation with shipyards, super yacht crews and management companies. To be able to supply solutions that ensure that yachting professionals can handle day-to-day tasks as well as larger projects effectively and efficiently.

Managing and coordinating the internal and external engineering, production, testing and commissioning process of all technical equipment, systems and components on the vessel. To make sure that the yacht is build according to the owners wishes, in compliance with the requirements of the regulation authorities and of course the best possible quality. Furthermore I'm focusing on process improvements and the development & implementation of a standardized quality control and approval system.

Research on Operational Excellence in Superyacht construction. This research has shown that especially in superyacht building, where craftsmanship makes the difference, using in-house knowledge and dedication combined with the right OE strategy makes the difference between good and excellent. Therefore it is of key importance to find the right strategy or formula and to resolutely drive it into the DNA of the business.

Running and maintaining a fully automated production process to produce magnetic tables for wafer stages, applying post-production treatments to these tables and maintaining the production equipment. And developing & improving software tools for data gathering, work instructions and training operators.

Development of the Dual-Hemi CVT. This new type of CVT was developed on request of the research group RAM of the University of Twente, where it is used for the study of mechanical energy storage systems for Controlled Passive Actuation (Project: ROSE).
