As Operations Manager I was responsible for the development of Manpower Permanent Placement in a certain region. My focus was coaching a team from 5 to 9 consultants, managing key accounts and keeping an helicopter view to be able to help our clients and achieve our sales budget. In addition, I was the driver of Permanent Placement Belgium, connecting with the European Permanent Placement team to find synergies and create trainings.
