Planned and executed year end audits for listed and unlisted clients, mainly operating in the mining and oil and gas business including such with international subsidiaries. Obtained an understanding of Australian International Financial Reporting Standards.

Planned year end audits, quarterly reviews and special projects and supervised staff in middle market audits including listed clients and international engagements in a wide variety of industries including commercial real estate, financial institutions, distributions and wholesale and employee benefit plans. Trained new hires and new staff in usage of IT programs. Planned and executed Sarbanes Oxley internal control compliance audit for listed real estate client.

Assisted seniors and managers in audits of middle market private and SEC listed clients. Prepared extensive analytical reviews of annual and quarterly client financial data. Acted as in-charge on employee benefit plan audits including listed companies.

Worked closely with the director of the Cohort MBA Program on new admissions and other related administrative work.

Assisted the controller and treasurer in general bookkeeping and accounting activities in connection with commercial real estate business. Worked with YARDI property management database. Translated newsletters and bank reports for investors from English to German. Trained successor.

Implemented and updated new Excel database for chemical products and components Performed general office and secretarial work such as attending to clients, taking international phone calls, filing and organizing data. Helped with the translation of documents between Spanish and German.
