• Review 3D Models from consultants and contractors to ensure compliance with the BIM Execution Plan • Conduct clash detection, clash organization, and clash grouping using Navisworks Manage and BIMTrack • Audit and review models in Autodesk Revit for compliance to normal constructability standards and compliance to the BIM Execution plan • Manage / Update BIM Project Documents

• Quality checking of Model and Drawings to make sure of achieving the standards set in the projects. • Fully coordinate models with other trades and disciplines using Revit and Navisworks (or any clash detection software) • Checking of on-going drawings and make sure that AMH standards are always followed.

•Conducts final review prior to submittal of drawings, product data and RFI in coordination with operations team, validates RFA/RFI shop drawings based on actual site condition, coordinates the approval data and methodology with subcons and consultant designers •Ensure that the model aligns with the standards and goals set in BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria. •Collaborate and coordinate internally or/and externally with other disciplines design-changes and model changes.

•Ensuring the accuracy of models and datasets by establishing quality control procedures, clash detection and clash avoidance. •Develop the model virtually for specific design discipline and ensure that the model aligns with the standards and goals set in BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria. •Create discipline specific BIM Modelling content. •And can play an important part in coordinating a group of people who are proficient in different disciplines

•Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other relevant documents to be presented to the Site Engineers or clients •Review building, construction, or architectural plans and prepare quantity needs and cost of materials •Create price/forecast of the cost of materials needed •Gather data and quantification to verify progress of accomplishments of the project •Carry out monthly valuation of work in progress including forecasting of final cost and sales
