Responsible for managing of 6 accounts and the Customer Service reps and Planners linked to the accounts, coordinating activities of the team, Optimizing and implementing processes, Secure the KPI’s, Point of escalation for all accounts, Ensuring the FIFO and on time shipping, Sales and PO ordermanagement, Control the customer demands, Managing the backlog, Controlling the stock and solve discrepancies, Controlling the headcount of the department, Develop the relationship with the different customers
