- Responsible for comprehensive assessment of persons whose lives are disrupted or complicated by mental illness, behavioral disturbances, substance abuse issues or inability to function or maintain in the community. - Providing individual, family, couple and group therapy. Helping clients reflect on issues to help them make positive changes.

- Responsible for full employee life cycle from recruiting and on-boarding to exit interviews, taking care of 250 employees. - HR strategy and policy settings and their implementation. - HR marketing and employer branding - ensuring recruitment communications and marketing collateral align with the overall HR communication strategy.

- Responsible for the end-to-end hiring process within various markets: Russia, Romania, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland, Ukraine, Adriatics, Germany and United Arab Emirates -Working closely with country managers to deliver tailor-made solutions to their hiring needs -Direct Search - sourcing and attracting the best talents in markets with limited talent pool. Acting as a search expert by understanding the local hiring needs, proactively investigating new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies
