My areas service are; Working directly with and providing technical support to other stakeholders and disciplines such as permitting, mill processing, surface infrastructure, Develop, enforce and promote the use of safe and efficient work practices at all times Monitor production performance and ensuring it is in alignment with mine plans and schedules Providing safety and technical leadership to junior staff Monitor costs of mining on a regular basis and manage accordingly Developing detailed mine plans/schedules through the use of mine planning software and general engineering principals Providing consulting to optimize mining processes Globally, lead consulting work in areas of personal expertise Engage customers on a senior level Management of projects to deliver clear reports and results on time Proven business acumen (financial analysis, project management)
