I was responsible for Engineering & Operations (Finance, Legal, People): • Building of a robust, scalable cloud platform on AWS using a Serverless Architecture • Leading due diligence and negotiating a total of 3M+ funding & 1M+ public grants • Setting up the People Operations for up to 50 employees
• Established a full-service technology agency for cloud & app projects; scaled to 4 employees • Specialized on AWS, Angular, Java Spring Boot • Managed agile projects with both internal and external developers including product development; close interaction with clients as stakeholders (e.g. Rewe Digital GmbH & DB Regio AG)
