« Multiobjective energy integration of buildings during their life cycle » in the scope of project INTENSE. Developing a methodology with numerous parameters and influencing factors and a component for supporting the decision making based on different building energy performance calculation software(Energy+,PLEIADES). Optimization method developed on MATLAB, linked with TRNSYS through GenOpt. Working in a multidisciplinary team of researchers, engineers, developers and architects(linked with the industry).

Writing a paper, Experimental measurements. Some of the tasks in this project: - Modelling of external walls of different composition and orientation. - Calculation of annual heating and cooling transmission loads. - Calculation of the appropriate convective heat transfer coefficient for the inside and outside surfaces of the wall. - Statistical analysis of the available wind speed and direction data. - A sensitivity analysis in order to determine the optimum insulation thickness.
