I'm responsible for negotiating out power purchase agreements for BayWa r.e.'s renewable energy projects in the Netherlands.

Career restar at Schneider Electric Energy & Sustainability Services for widening experience in the energy business. - Leader of the contracting group in Budapest - Turning EMEA and global sales into a formal contract by maintaining active relationship with other departments - Taking part in contract negotiations with clients through teleconferencing - Taking part in process development within SE ESS businesses (by leveraging previous working experience).

CEO and Crisis Manager of MASPED Group's two financial enterpises with mortgage and coprorate finance activities. As a result of the successful crisis management, one of the companies was sold. In case of the other one the owner's goals had been met. - Directing the daily operation of the companies while introducing cost cut measures to increase operation efficiency - Leading negotiations with creditors (such as the main banks in Hungary) with debtors and with potential buyers of MASPED Capital Co. Ltd.

- Sole Internal Auditor of member companies of MASPED Group with mainly freight forwarding, logistics and real estate management activities, including joint ventures with DB Schenker - Sole Internal Auditor of the financial enterpises of MASPED Group before promoted to CEO - Planning and performing operational, financial and IT audits and presenting the reports to the management and to the parent company’s Supervisory Board - Taking part in the reorganization of MASPED Group and in process developments.

- Chief Internal Auditor of the Hungarian Rabobank entity and leader of a small internal audit group - Statutory audit of the operation of the Bank including mainly operational, financial, compliance and IT audits.
