SimpledCard is active in the Netherlands and Germany and has offices in three locations (Amsterdam, Munich, Budapest). I am responsible for: - Optimizing internal processes. - Contact with external stakeholders, e.g. card manufacturer, GPS, Wirecard.

I was responsible for: - Production in China, Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands. - Production planning. - Logistics: distribution to more than 40 countries, managing US+NL warehouse, and stock management in both warehouses. - Finance - Ecommerce: B2C+B2C (Magento)

I was responsible for the the bookkeeping.

I was responsible for: - Editing reports for financial partners, writing for communication material, writing new proposals for potential new donors. - Developing a game to simulate emergency situation, which is now used for internal/external stakeholders. - Keeping the management information system up-to-date.
