-Responsible for heading a team of 10 technicians and 3 engineers for smooth operation of twin units of power plant in India -Responsible for work flow management, inventory control, contract management, enhancing power plant efficiency and reducing undue outages and downtime -Received 'Outstanding' promotion on successful completion of a critical project
