Getting hired for Selinka-Schmitz, Germanys most successful communication agency for the pharmaceutical industry, helped me to foster conceptual and strategic skills for marketing, sales and communication. Working closely with clients and colleagues, where strong communication, organization and coordination skills are mandatory helped me to successfully complete all components of a young consultant and to receive deeper practical marketing insights before continuing with the my Masters Programme.

Working in Europe's most successful graduate run consultant agency helped me to gain profound knowledge and practical experience after completing my Bachelor's degree. In an interdisciplinary team I worked in the surgery department of one of the biggest public hospitals in Germany. The role as a junior consultant allowed me to foster leadership skills including decision-making, strategic planning, coaching, team management and relationship management.

As Harvard's largest annual student connection in Asia, the Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations creates a forum of exchange and facilitates discussion of the most important economic, political, and social issues relevant to the Asia-Pacific region.

In the beginning of year 2015 I was chosen as a german representative for a non-profit project amongst five other international students. Cultural Understanding Through Exchange is an initiative project by AIESEC in University Utara Malaysia started in 2009.
