I was in charge of planning and executing marketing acitivities in countries without a local company branch. Selling channels were www.conrad.com, e-mail newsletters and distance selling by a print catalogue. Results: Increase of the annual turnover by 25 % mostly due to intensive and efficient e-mail marketing. I lowered shipping fees for the end customers by negotiations the the shipping companies (DHL, UPS) without fulfillment cost increase.

At Conrad branch in Switzerland, I became acquainted with all important processes and department of an omnichannel company (sales, call-centre, logistics, returns, accountancy, marketing, purchasing, IT). At Slovenian branch, which was start-up at that time, I could be part of the 10 people start-up team and was involved in a daily business in the field of marketing, returns, logistics and customer care.
