A supervisory security position includes responsibility for the shift's demands. While ensuring our team goals are met, we locate customer service opportunities and assist our internal customers, as well as contributing to the value of our contrct.

Security officers used the patrol as a primary means of crime deterrent. We reported to the property manager any unusual activity. In this public contact position, we often had customer service opprotunities. The ability to help our client's customer with their needs.

Leading the four ramp agents, we were tasked with the loading of passenger bags, cargo, and mail. As the Aircraft Load Agent, my responsibility was to move as much payload as safely possible within the time alloted. While at Delta, I earned a commercial pilot's certificate with ME and IFR ratings. This experience allowed me to act as a back up load planner. A certificate that allowed me to plan flight loads without a computer.
